Visited 2.4.23 FOOD: 4.5 Ordered the Spicy Tempura Shrimp, Ultimate Seafood Egg Rolls, Shrimp Po Boy and the Shrimp and Scallop Pasta and the Crab Rangoon. The food tastes pretty good, I wish the spicy tempura shrimp was actually spicy. It was much more on the sweet side. Everything else was pleasing. AMBIANCE: 5 The seating area was small but nicely laid out with a bar in the middle and kitchen in the back. STAFF: 5 Robert was our server and he was nice and attentive to detail. Food came out in a timely matter as well. OVERALL 4.8

Overall good experience. Joined in the evening around 6pm an made happy hour. Started with the blueberry crush (Very good) and oysters from the raw bar the amount that we ordered wasn’t the amount that we received but they were able to correct the mistake. The oysters were fresh and shocked to perfection which is really good because I am a oyster connoisseur. We started with the street corn which was good but I was disappointed that it came out in a whole ear or corn as if eating a whole ear of corn is not the nearest thing to do, I then had the Cobb salad with salmon which was absolutely phenomenal the salmon was cooked to perfection medium with a nice crispy skin which is sometimes hard to achieve they mastered it perfectly! Our service was absolutely phenomenal she was super kind and sweet had great recommendations and very personable. The bathroom was very clean and shared with neighboring restaurant. My only concern was that our tab was over $100 so they automatically add gratuity which was not listed on the menu, this wasn’t an issue but it just caught us off guard. I’ve been to restaurants where $150 automatically adds gratuity but never $100, we still tipped over top of the tip and I do this because when you tip on the card and it’s added they have to wait to get their tip and also tax is taken out which is why I prefer to tip in cash which they took that option away from me when they automatically add gratuity. I would definitely come back but I would make sure to split checks that way I can tip in cash and that my server can take their money home for the day being a server I understand how that works and I would definitely visit again for the happy hour.

I am so glad I stopped in at this place on a roadtrip. What a cool area first of all, with shops and restaurants. And the food was really fresh and good. I think that the tartar and lobster roll could have had more flavor, although fresh and tasty they lacked salt or seasoning overall. $35 for the lobster roll beware. Our bartender Maria was so pleasant and fun, she was in a great mood and was quick to serve us our drinks and food. I may even come back to White Marsh MD to come back here in fact, a heck of a drive but worth it! Thank to everyone at The Curious Oyster for fresh sea food and fresh smiling faces.

Excellent service from our waiter jordan. I love the spacious seating here. It's a very clean establishment. The crab cake was great. Good fries. The bar is a nice place to sit at and it is directly connected to the parent restaurant next door (Wayward's). You can walk freely between the two. Great place to have oysters.

We ate at this place for the first time today. We absolutely loved it! Oysters were super fresh, tacos, especially the shrimp tacos were super scrumptious! Kids loved the salty chips that accompanied crab dip, but they were too salty for me and my husband. We will definitely come back to eat here again! Our server, Carolina, was very nice and attentive. Nice service, food service, good music and good atmosphere! One of the best restaurant in town on my list now. Thank you!

It was great! Had a party of 6 for dinner. Our server was great and attentive. I had the Poke Bowl which was delish! Im pretty picky so if I like it that says alot. My wife had the shrimp pasta, and i had one shrimp and it was super fresh. In fact, all the seafood was super fresh. And those Crushers...ooo man. Careful w those, in a good way lol. I ended up having 2 1/2, so pace yourself please! All in all, everyone loved their food. Keep in mind: If you have a large party, a Gratuity is AUTO added to to your bill. So be aware if you dont want to double tip (we did cause it was that good! But shout-out to the server who let us know)

Best Seafood in Whitemarsh! Fresh shucked oysters, awesome crab soup (both MD and Cream), craft cocktails and draft beers, fun and modern twists on classic Maryland seafood. I especially love the tuna tartare with avocado and crispy wonton chips. Great place to impress a client for a business lunch, or that special someone on date night.

Great service, good food and quick, too! It was quiet for a Saturday but definitely a good choice for those craving some seafood! First time having cold raw oysters and you know, I have no regrets!
